  • Assign Account: Links the expense to the correct account in QuickBooks.

4. Verify in QuickBooks

Once the workflow completes, refresh your QuickBooks bills page. You'll see the new bill, complete with vendor details and correctly categorized line items. For example, BrightWave Advertising's invoice was parsed and categorized as advertising expenses.

5. Repeat for Additional Invoices
